Cesar Rivas

I’m Cesar Rivas and my real estate mission is to help my clients make the most informed decisions so they can reach their real estate goals. What sets me apart from most realtors is that I am hardworking, trustworthy and a great listener. Building a long term relationship with my clients is my top priority and that is why providing the best customer service possible is so important to me.     

I have been a licensed Realtor in California since April, 2003 so I have more than 17 years of experience. I have sold houses through the real estate boom, and also when the market took a downturn in 2007. I have learned a great deal over the last 17 years which makes me an experienced Veteran in the real estate market. I was born and raised in Southeast Los Angeles so I am very familiar with cities like Downey, Pico Rivera, Norwalk, Whittier, Huntington Park, Maywood, Bell, Bell Gardens and South Gate.
