Carlos Marte

Carlos thrives on helping others.  He became a REALTOR® IN 2016.  The happiness he brings to his buyers and sellers is his true passion and calling. 

He does not tell his clients the path they should go, he guides them.  Carlos ensures his clients  understand all aspects of their real estate transaction.  He works together with his clients to  make confident and  educated real estate decisions.   He consistently leads and  lights the way to  homeowner happiness.

Carlos Marte grew up in the Dominican Republic.  His family moved to Manhattan and then to Fort Lee where he attended high school.  

Growing up, his family was involved in Real Estate. Carlos loved to see his family making real estate dreams come true.  He always knew he wanted to get involved in the business.

Carlos studied Architecture at New York Institute of Technology.  He knew that this degree would be instrumental in all aspects of Real Estate.

He worked as a Project Manager for large construction jobs in New York City.

Carlos moved to Ridgefield, New Jersey.  He worked as a Project and Property Manager for the Dover Realty Executives office.  He was responsible for the budgets, appraisals,  banking, property upkeep and the needed aspects to handle properties.

He has in depth knowledge of North Jersey, with a focus in Morris, Essex, and Bergen Counties.

When he is not busy, Carlos enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling to see the architectural structures around the world.
