With more than 20 years of experience in Corporate America as a manager in customer service, training, and lending, Annette has built her career on creating exceptional client experiences.
Her journey into real estate began in 2018 when she joined as an Operations Manager, quickly discovering that the industry was the perfect fit for her passion for service and problem-solving. By 2019, Annette earned her real estate license, adding another layer of expertise to her growing skill set.
Today, Annette serves as the Director of Client Operations for the Jeff LaRue Team, a role she helped design and implement. She oversees the client experience from start to finish, ensuring each transaction is handled with the highest level of care. Annette is committed to reducing the stress often associated with buying or selling a home through clear communication, client education, and a genuine understanding of each client’s unique needs.
In addition to her real estate license, Annette holds designations as a Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN) and a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE). These credentials reflect her commitment to professional excellence and her ability to advocate effectively for her clients in every negotiation.
