Michelle, who specializes in High-End homes, sold my home at full price, on the 1st day of the 1st open house! 3,600+ Sq Ft Mission Style on 3.3 acres 2 miles from Oro Valley City Hall. I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER! She helped me decide what needed to be done to prepare the home for sale, and managed everything, through the Escrow and Closing. Michelle not only sold our residence she brought skilled painters, landscapers and movers to clear the house in preparation of the sale. She prepared a brochure with great photographs and descriptive detail of the benefits of the property. Most important, Michelle kept us informed throughout the process. She provided our out of state children with regular updates. Further she was always available to answer questions, give advice, recommendations and consultation. Michelle’s motto of it’s about so much more than the sale turned out to be true based on our experience with her. Since my wife and I have been married we have bought and sold over 10 homes and obviously worked with several real estate agents. Without questions, Michelle is the best agent we have ever worked with.
