Highly recommend Karen. She is caring and compassionate. But most of all very knowledgeable about real estate and what is needed all the way through the process including how to price property. She kept things on task every step of the way, including reminding us of when we needed to do something and made sure we were well informed about any decisions we needed to make, which made the selling our home much less complicated than it can be.

Rarely do people surpass your expectations these days but Karen & Carolyn sure did. We very highly recommend Karen! We were moving from out of state to Missouri to be by our family, and decided we wanted to build a new home in the area.
