SILVERLEAF DC Ranch

Silverleaf is part of DC Ranch, which consists of 8,300 acres, with almost half of it dedicated to open space. Homes here range from condos, townhomes, to single family homes. 

GOLF, CLUBHOUSE, COMMUNITY

 DC Ranch is popular for its close proximity to the heart of Scottsdale. Located just north of the 101 loop, the area is 5 to 10 minutes from the Princess Resort, host of the annual Phoenix Open PGA tournament played at the Tournament Player's Club, with over 500,000 attendees each January. Another 5 minute drive to the private Scottsdale Airport, WestWorld, host to the Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Auction each January and numerous major world class equestrian events, and to the Scottsdale Quarter/Kierland Commons popular shopping venues.

HOMES FOR SALE HERE

The Market at DC Ranch features a grocery store, restuarants, shops and offices. Nearby are condos and townhomes. There are also single family homes.

Silverleaf homes range from smaller lock and leave, to the more exclusive homes in the Upper Canyon high in the McDowell Mountain Preserve. Elevations in the Upper Canyon can rise over 2,100 feet, and residents boast a 10 degree differential from the nearby Scottsdale City Center. 

Silverleaf has a private Golf Course and Country Club with a 12 month season for an amazing round of golf and dinner.  The private club features a Tom Weiskopf designed 18 home championship golf course that winds along 7,322 yards of fairway. The 50,000 square-foot Clubhouse has resort and lap pools, a men's and women's locker room, and fine and casual dining.

Celebrities here include Poison's lead singer Bret Michaels and his family.

Architecture

Silverleaf occupies the northeast quarter of DC Ranch in Scottsdale has some of the most expensive homes in Arizona. Homes here are Spanish and Mediterranean Revival Estate architectural style as dictated by the HOA. Some homes are situated on the Silverleaf Golf Course, and others are built into the hillsides with expansive views.

Horseshoe Canyon

is named for the natural horseshoe-shaped canyon at the end of Horseshoe Canyon Drive, and homes here are dominated by Spanish and Mediterranean Estate architecture.

Arcadia at Silverleaf

is located west of Thompson Peak Parkway just south of Copper Ridge School and bordered by the Reata Wash on the west side. These half-acre lots have fenced rear yards, three parks, and the architecture is Spanish Mission. This is a more traditional neighborhood with homes close together and tree-lined streets.

The Parks

neighborhood is located off Thompson Peak Parkway on each side of Windgate Pass Drive. One section is located behind the Windgate gate and the other is located behind Horseshoe gate. The architecture is classical Spanish Eclectic and it was designed to be more of a formal elegant neighborhood like you may find in the historic districts in other cities. The Parks features a series of interconnected neighborhoods, more formal landscape, tree-lined streets and 11 parks., all in close proximity to Copper Ridge School with a pedestrian underpass for walking or bicycling to school.

LOST CANYON

For those in love with this proximity to Scottsdale and the exclusivity and privacy of the higher luxury canyon lots, but perhaps not needing the clubhouse or golf amenities, check out Lost Canyon nearby. Lost Canyon provides privacy with minimum of 190,000 square foot lots, and a more diverse architecture than Silverleaf. More info here: Lost Canyon.
