Back to school. Congrats to all returning students & Congrats to all parents of returning students!! Hopefully this is a time for celebration for both students and parents. The summer is always waaay too fast and we're left wanting more, and yet it exciting to see the kids re-connect with friends and dive back into the books! As parents, have a stable kids schedule can be a blessing!

In the world of real estate. There's always a lull right when school starts, but it is quickly followed up with a surge of buyers who were waiting until the end of summer trips and sellers doing the same. Our inventory here in Tucson is still very low, and, at the same time -- lots of sellers are putting their homes on the market between now and right after Labor Day!
