Welch Court Exceptional Development Opportunity at Welch Court Estates! An outstanding opportunity for builders, developers, and investors looking for their next residential project in Little Egg Harbor. Welch Court Estates is an approved subdivision with the roadway already in place and previous approvals established. Once the remaining required improvements are completed, the development will feature 9 buildable residential lots, each approximately one acre, creating an excellent opportunity to bring a new-home community to market. The site plan identifies nine future residential lots ranging from approximately 43, 600 to 54, 488 square feet.
