Old Lee Highway These are six individual lots that were combined as one for tax purposes. As most folks know, when this is done it lowers your property tax bill. The land is being sold as one lot, not as individual lots. I have attached a county map showing how the lots were separated previously as lots 1, 2, 4, 11, 12, and 13. There is an old country road that separates the lots. For viewing enter through Old Lee Highway, look for our sign, find the country road, and drive through. And there is access to public water, which will save you the cost of drilling a well or multiple wells. The land is in the city of Bean Station, close to shopping, schools, and Cherokee Lake. The land is less than a minute to State Highway 11W, which can either take you to Knoxville or Kingsport. The city of Morristown is 15 minutes away. Morristown is a larger city than Bean Station and has a mall, hospitals, health-care facilities, restaurants, multiple Walmarts, Lowe's, Home Depot, plus more.
