Near exit 193 on I-95 Riverfront hunting and fishing retreat on the Little Pee Dee River,   with more than a mile of frontage. This land is in consideration for ""Scenic River Designation"" (see attached documents below). Merchantable timber consists of the 50 +/- acres of mature pine/hardwood in the merchantable mixed timber spine of the property. A significant portion of the land has merchantable Cypress and Oak bottomland. Unlimited ducks, turkey, raccoons, squirrel, bear, alligators, and an occasional Chupakabra.
