FM 2136 Road The view of the distance hills are amazing. In fact, Bee Mountain is a well known Landmark in Bosque County. Texas land is more than acreage. Its a legacy. Stewardship passes from one generation to the next. Every Property has a story. Every ranch has a purpose. This land has been owned by two brothers since 2016. It's been leased for many years. Leased and cultivated for hay production on approximately 40+ acres. There's a wet weather creek. A pond near the back west south side of the property for livestock. However, other than wildlife, deer and hogs are the only animals roam on the property. The property fronts on FM 2136 and CR 4170. It's entirely fenced, although there's need of minor repairs along a small section on CR 4170 (near my sign) if livestock is a consideration.
