County Road 950 92.58 acres in northwestern Nacogdoches County near Cushing, located on the south side of CR 950 approximately one-half mile east of FM 2783. Rolling terrain ranges from about 330 to 420 feet, with elevated ground in multiple areas and a broad central bottom. Jones Creek crosses the tract from north to southwest, while two smaller creeks or drainages converge and feed into it. A natural slough estimated at 5 to 10 acres includes several acres of standing water and provides waterfowl and wildlife habitat.
