You can hunt this property the first fall you own it. A small run crosses the southwest corner down along the road. The building ground sits well above it. Then there is where it is. Ohiopyle State Park is right here, 20, 500 acres of public land, the Youghiogheny River whitewater, and the Great Allegheny Passage running through it. Fallingwater is a short drive up the road. This is one of the most visited outdoor corridors in Pennsylvania, and 82 private acres inside it does not come open often. Buy it to hunt. Build on the openings and keep the rest in timber. Or hold it, because nobody is making more ground next to a state park.
