Built about 1929 and retrofitted in the recent past, it has served as a landmark in the community and is known for maintaining its classic facade. Containing addresses 823 - 829, one suite currently contains the oldest restaurant in town, La Simpatia Restaurant and Bar (the business and operator's personal property is NOT for sale). The remainder of the street level units consist of two vacant suites which front Hwy1.
