807 Old New Ground Road Peace abounds in Gatlinburg's only 'Authentic Log Cabin Community'. It has a two bedroom septic w/ new riser and a well in place. It is accessible by all paved roads and has a paved driveway. Builder simply needs to uncover the existing septic and have it inspected by Environmental Health. To keep the amazing ambiance of the community a new build must contain at least 51% authentic old logs. However, these can be split and used as siding if using traditional building methods.
