It's about 20/25 minutes from the city of New Bern, no city taxes. Plus all the shopping and restaurants are close by. Beautiful place, quiet and safe. Carolina water services the water/sewer, low rates. And Tideland Electric is power. No gas out here. We have fiber from Brightspeed, or Comcast for Internet/Television, or you can choose to do dish/satellite service.
