You'd think maintaining a community like this would be tough. But the HOA has done an amazing job. Tennis, basketball, dog park, pool and gym. They have it all pretty much. Walking distance to the Chattahoochee River and the National Recreation Area adds a lot. The mailbox being in the same building as the unit is one of those little things that goes to show they thought of everything. Kind of nice.
