One is an Amish built cabin (''A'') and the 2nd is a tiny home (''B''). Both were purchased new from the manufacturers and set on 8'' concrete foundation. Each has its own electrical service (200 amps) and connection to the septic and well. There is also a water softner system. The homes have been anchored to the foundation with posts and bolts to prevent any movement, but could be moved if someone wanted to. Cabin A is a log home, complete with a queen size bed, loft, bathroom, kitchen, living room and enclosed porch. Cabin B is a tiny home with bedroom, loft, bathroom, kitchen and living space. Cabin B has a gas stove imported from Italy. In addition to all of this, there is a 2-car garage with storage space. The North Fork of Clear Creek runs behind the homes and did not flood during our heavy rains in 2024.
