An owners' level spans a wrap-around balcony with outdoor shower, private meditation deck, library, and office, while a sculptural staircase connects split-level living, kitchen, and dining areas to expansive entertaining terraces. At the water's edge, the existing "Filtered Frame Dock" by Matt Fajkus Architecture anchors the property as a completed, award-winning work of architecture. Engineered with a minimal footprint and a sculptural steel canopy, the dock's upper-deck lounge is designed to frame the lake while modulating sun, shade, and breeze throughout the year.
