1927 Harborside Drive 307 Peanut Butter Warehouse originally built in 1884–1900: by the George B. Dobson Cotton Pickery. Commissioned in 1912-1943 by Walker-Smith Wholesale Grocery, the building was used to store coffee beans, candy, and peanut butter. It notably survived the Great Storm of 1900. Later updated in 2008 as condos.
