1350 LaFayette Road The facility spans approx. 11, 800 sq. ft. and is being used as an auto body repair shop that has custom built down draft paint booth as well as a wash stall and equipped with two frame rack /machines, a small oil change lift and lined in arc welders and one miller tig welder. The shop features Modine heaters throughout. The shop and office area is equipped with a one year old heat pump with one bathroom and two offices along with one bathroom in the shop area as well. The building is a one level block building with three phase power. The building has 13 roll up doors 8 feet tall, one door is 10 foot tall. There are 5 double bay doors and the rest are singles. There is also a large pole shed and 3 cargo containers for storage behind the shop.
