131 Cedar St Charming Little Home in Alert Bay. A sweet and cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home in a convenient Alert bay location. Whether you're looking for your first home, a simpler place to call home, or a retirement property, this could be great little fit. The kitchen and bathroom have been updated, and there are glimpses of the ocean from the property. A new metal roof was installed in 2026. The unfinished basement offers extra storage and some potential for future use, although it is definitely a space that will need some work. Best of all, you can leave the car parked and walk to many of Alert bay's shops, services, waterfront and other amenities. A comfortable little home with some updates already in place and plenty of opportunity to make it your own. (id:203)
