There is no stove or oven, but you can bring a hot plate or toaster oven. Laundry must be done at the laundromat up the street. You can get your own cable if you want it. Standard application approval is required. Minimum 6 month lease is required. $250 Security Deposit and first month rent is required. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED.
