Realty Executives of Kansas City is once again recognized as an industry leader in the latest report by REAL Trends: The REAL Trends 500. The 2019 brokerage rankings highlight elite-performing firms by transaction sides and sales volume while also recognizing the addition of core services related to the real estate process.
Realty Executives of Kansas City garnered a spot in the top 500 by transaction sides, was named amongst the largest regional brands in the country and is listed as a top Realty Executives affiliate in the report.
Founded in 1989 and built from the ground up by Regional Developers Steve and Nancy Summers, the Kansas City brokerage continues to be a leader in the region with $597,562,521 in sales volume and 2,786 closed transaction sides in 2018.

With 200 agents in five locations serving the entire eight-county greater Kansas City metropolitan area our number one resource for attracting new agents has been our existing agents. “Like most areas in the country we are experiencing low inventory challenges at certain price points as well as increasing home values. I see the market slowly leveling out in terms of inventory and values going forward creating a more balanced real estate environment,” Steve Summers said.
Realty Executives of Kansas City is part of the Realty Executives Mid-America Region (comprised of Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska) recently acquired by Realty Executives International. This year, Realty Executives of Kansas City’s highest rank in the complete REAL Trends report was 12th in the largest regional brand category.
