| Now that you are finished with real estate school, you get to interview different brokerages to find the right fit. Remember, you are interviewing THEM, not the other way around and you should try to meet with at least a few offices before making your choice. Real Estate school is a very important start in your career but you have so much more to learn. Ask lots of questions in your interview and specifically, what their new-agent training program entails, whether they have an on-site or off-site broker and what their fees and splits are. While you are at the interview, you will also start to get an idea of what the office culture is like. The next several months are SO IMPORTANT to the success of your career so really take your time in making this very important decision.
