Vance Burkey brought the first 100% commission model to Knoxville and has since cemented its position as the #1 firm in our market for 43 years. Establishing ourselves as the best residential firm in East Tennessee, we’ve grown to over 900 agents, 15 offices, and 55 employees. R
Through our growth, we have become home to an elite commercial division comprised of exclusively commercial agents, a property management department that handles over 650 residential single-family homes, a national relocation division, and an in-house marketing team that provides a full range of design and promotional services.
In 2022, Realty Executives Associates was most recently named the 49th highest producing real estate firm in the entire nation, out of over 200,000 firms. No other brokerage in East Tennessee has achieved this status.
