Robin Roggeman

Robin is a member of the Powell Community and moved to Knoxville 20 years ago from the "Crystal Coast" of North Carolina. She will tell you that she has lived the best of both worlds by growing up at the beach and now living close to the mountains and she wouldn't want to be anywhere else but here in Knoxville!

Robin comes from a strong sales leadership background in the aging healthcare space. She continues to honor her passion for serving senior adults with an SRES designation, specializing in estates and supporting seniors through the transaction process. When recently asked to describe her ideal clients, Robin answered, "I want serve the entire community and connect with buyers and sellers in every stage of real estate. Because of my SRES training and background, I tend to gravitate to the senior community but I love working with traditional clients, as well. I have a genuine love for the older population and realize that it requires a specific type of conversation, process, and level of support. The approach I take with first time home buyers is very different than the approach I take with investors. It all comes back to creating an experience and serving as a trusted resource by treating everyone with same great service and attention, but tailoring it specifically to their needs and expectations. I like to think of real estate as an experience, rather than a transaction."

 Robin and her husband, Brent, also an REA agent, own a local Real Estate Appraisal Firm. The combination of both of their backgrounds affords them to view the market in a multidimensional way. Aside from the Realtor perspective, Brent sees things with an appraiser’s eye and from that of a native Knoxvillian. This allows complimentary viewpoints.

When not wearing her real estate hat, Robin delights in spending time with Brent and their daughter Brighton, their two labs: Reggie and Homer; cooking for people, cheering on the Vols, exploring the local arts community, and tending to their garden, bees,and chickens on their "hobby farm.
