Luis Carlos Ordonez Biography

Since moving to New Jersey  from Colombia as a child, he has  lived in Morristown, Parsippany, Dover, and now Hopatcong with his family.

Luis found his roots in North Jersey.  As a longtime New Jersey resident, he knows the communities, neighborhoods, and schools. 

He is also fluent in both English and Spanish. This allows Luis to connect with more people in his business and community.

The counties of Morris and Sussex are going to be Luis' primary areas of focus for his business. 

Luis's professional experience as a web developer spans over two decades. He is an expert in coding and has led a team producing work that you will see in major industries

Luis also spent many years designing and maintaining websites for Realtors. 

His fascination with real estate never faded. His closest friend, Javier Millan, has been a well-known and extremely successful real estate agent/ broker in the industry for over 20 years.  

Javier believed that Luis’s skills in client relations and business would make him  a good fit as a real estate agent, so he encouraged him to pursue a career in the industry.

Learning the ropes from a successful agent, assisted Luis in his success in real estate. Always putting the client first and working together to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients has been his key to success.

Luis places a high value on education. He attended Parsippany Hills High School, the County College of Morris, where he earned his Associate of Applied Science, and Halberton in Colombia, where he received his Web Developer Certification. 

He knew that because he spent his early years in school in Morris County, his children would receive the best education possible

Luis spends his free time with his children watching animated movies and shows and playing video games. He also enjoys networking, learning, and spending time with his real estate team.
