Eric Greenwald

Originally a native of Michigan, Eric and his wife Molly moved to Flagstaff in 2007.  Since then, Eric has been an active member in the Flagstaff community.  Eric and Molly have raised their two children, Ethan and Charlotte, here in Flagstaff and recently sent Ethan off to college at University of Arizona.

In addition to real estate, Eric is currently a member of the Northern Arizona University Police Department.  With his 16 years of law enforcement experience, not many people know the community and neighborhoods like Eric.  His professional experience in the law enforcement community has allowed him to build many relationships and work closely with a variety of organizations and businesses.  

Eric and Molly were also small business owners in Flagstaff for a few years by opening and operating Flagstaff Escape Space.  Their business was built from the ground up and quickly became the place to go for family fun and team-building events.  Unfortunately, the uncertainty of the Covid-19 pandemic forced them to close their business and pursue other goals.

Eric has always had a passion for real estate and wants to turn this passion into the most positive buying or selling experience for his clients.  As a police officer, and former business owner, Eric knows the key to any experience is customer service and integrity.  Eric is a problem solver and is unafraid to ask the difficult questions or negotiate for the best available price on behalf of his clients.  

When Eric is not working, he is oftentimes outdoors.  Eric loves to hunt, fish, hike, and camp.  Raised for a love of the outdoors, Eric likes to spend time with family and friends next to a bonfire or wood stove.  Eric and Molly also love to entertain friends at their house and spend time at the beach.  Their dream is to one day become “snow birds” and be able to enjoy each season in a beautiful location while spending time with family and friends.
