I recently moved to Florida, and as a first time home buyer I had no idea how the process worked. I found a listing I wanted to see, and Walter was the agent That showed me the property. I loved the home and told him to proceed. The transaction was a short sale and he fully explained the ups and downs of the process to me. At no time was i left out of the loop so to speak. Walter kept in touch on a regular basis, and kept me informed as the sale moved along. I got the property and would highly recommend Walter to anyone looking to buy or sell. Very professional, informative, easy to talk to and a genuinely a nice guy. Walter gets five stars for his service to me.

I am an investor who sells about 100 homes a years and I have never dealt with anyone who has had the same degree of professionalism as Walter Coe. I live remotely from the property that was sold so Walter suggested and coordinated good local sub contractors to address the repair & improvement items that were necessary to minimize the selling time and maximize the sales price. His communication skills are outstanding as he kept me informed via email, texts and calls as needed, but was still respectful of my time.
