How can I help? I specialize in Residential Property Sales; I've been licensed in both Kansas and Missouri since August 2002. I work Full Time (since Dec 2003) and I provide a Full catalog of Agent Services. I love selling residential property, raw land and acreage. Types of homes: mostly single family homes, new construction (new homes) and homes or outbuildings on small acreage; I've also sold half duplexes, townhomes and condominiums. What are my primary selling areas? Mostly Johnson County in Kansas and Jackson County in Missouri. I've also shown and sold homes located in these KS cities: Baldwin City, Gardner, Paola, Spring Hill, Leavenworth, Lansing, Tonganoxie, KCK. My home sales include houses sold in Lawrence, SW Topeka and Linn Valley Lakes.
