Jim Davis is a pro's pro. I had two lower priced properties that I inherited and Jim took the time pre-sale to guide me on what to do to the houses, and just as importantly, what not to do to get the best R.O.I. for selling. Jim is a good listener with a comfortable, easy going manner that I really appreciated. He also worked hard to get the best possible price for us. BREIANE Madden met us on a Saturday afternoon to show us a home. Within hours, we had made an offer to the seller and Brieane had answered our every question, including those that required her to do some research. The offer was initially accepted, BREIANE then arranged for inspections, well water testing, etc. and reported those findings to us very timely. Further negotiations went very smoothly and the closing was held within 2 weeks of the first visit to the house. BREIANE Madden was absolutely amazing to deal with - she was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, understanding, and we truly believe that our entire experience would not have been so successful without BREIANE having gone above and beyond in assisting us. I met with Jim Davis on a Saturday. We walked through the property. We discussed what he recommended. He sent some paperwork home with me as I live out of town & my wife had to sign. I put the paperwork in the mail on Monday. Jim and his crew received the paperwork at noon on Thursday. They went to work taking pictures, posting the pictures on the internet and whatever else was needed. Jim called me at 4:10p.m. the next day with the details of a firm offer for the list price. Jim and his crew sold the property in 1 day. I am impressed with his ability.

My husband and I decided to move to Texas to be closer to family. My husband had lived in our home for 30 years and I had lived there 16 years.
