A Flat Fee System - Not Royalty Based

It’s about making more money! Realty Executives does not charge its broker/owners a percentage of their brokerage's sales. This means that greater productivity of your agents will accrue to you the broker/owner. Your flat monthly fee becomes a fixed cost that you can budget and build into your compensation programs.

Large Exclusive Territories - Not Doughnut Shops

Today, most established real estate firms have moved to a point of address sub- franchise policy.  This means smaller territories, increased competition within the brand and reduced grids for renewing broker/owners. Realty Executives does not subscribe to this approach. We believe the most successful sub-franchises are those, which provide an opportunity for growth. We encourage success.

Marketing Support

Not only do we provide your agents with low cost and easy to use marketing support but we assist you the broker/owner in your efforts to market and expand your brokerage.

CME Program

Our Consumer Marketing Executive (CME) program ensures that in each of our brokerages there is immediate support. Training for your administrators and marketing assistants helps them provide agents with Onboarding - Business Planning - Marketing Portfolios.
