Ron Hill

We could not have gotten a better realtor than Ron Hill. Super knowledgeable since he has a contractor business and just a great personality. He started out as our realtor but consider him now more as a friend.

Ron Hill is good people. He was extremely responsive throughout our purchase. Our purchase was fraught with a lack of communication from the other side, right up to closing day. He was constantly on top of things, trying to get us answers and having a plan. He also made what I know were too many trips to the house with us without question. His construction background was tremendously useful with identifying issues and providing a cost basis for improvement. Ron is very conscientious and succeeded in doing right by us. We are grateful he was our realtor. You will be too.

Ron did a great job for me through the whole process. I was selling my home and I wanted to list above market average, he gladly agreed and with the renovations I completed, he thought I could get it. We ended up closing 2k above my asking price! We closed in the midst of 2020 covid 19 pandemic and even though we had some issues in the middle. We closed within 27 days of being under contract. I'm glad I chose Ron as my realtor. He is with the Blevins group here in Maryville, which comes highly recommended!

Ron is very knowledgeable. He is a licensed contractor and could answer every construction question. Ron is a very kind and considerate man and a good listener. He had to guide us through internet signings and was very patient. It was a joy to work with him.

Ron Hill was wonderful to work with. Our sale was very difficult and not one time was he negative or act like it was a hassle. He was honest and upfront with everything. He went above and beyond what a realtor should. He is very patient and positive plus he is very knowledgeable. When he doesn’t know the answer, he finds out. We are very thankful to have found him.
