About Brendon

Brendon Paul Stitt is a native of Cardinal, Ontario, but is more than proud to call Perth, Ontario his forever home. Due to this, Brendon has a strong market knowledge of both Leeds-Grenville and Lanark County, though he has been known to branch out further for the right clients. He currently resides in the Perthmore subdivision with his girlfriend Hannah, his children Sebastien and Ainsley, and his two kitties Morty and Kitty. 

Before getting into Real Estate, Brendon was a Food & Beverage Manager at Rideau Carleton Casino & Raceway, as well as being heavily involved in Wholesaling and being a Residential Landlord on the side. Today he is not only a REALTOR®, but also runs a Cottage Property Management company (Stitt & Co.) and a Digital Marketing company (Red&Black Media Solutions). Brendon has a Degree from the University of Toronto, a Diploma in Business from the International Career School of Canada and extensive training in Sales Management, Conflict Resolution, Negotiation, Residential Tenancies, Business Law & Torts, Digital Marketing and Hospitality Management.

Also included is professionally edited photos, virtual video walkthroughs and home staging/decluttering. When warranted drone photos and videos, cleaning services and landscaping could be included. Not to mention the potential for deals on moving expenses! Working with Brendon, will also include a firm negotiating style, working hard to avoid closing issues, tackling the headache of paperwork and organizing showings.
