Kelly Blair began her real estate career in 2010, opening her first satellite office and committing to real estate sales full-time. In 2013, she purchased the Realty Executives franchise, driven by a vision aligned with regional and international growth through the 100% commission model. Under Kelly’s leadership, Realty Executives Real Estate Ltd. has achieved consistent 15% year-over-year growth, expanding to two offices as of November 2022. Cathy provides real estate services for Residential & Luxury Homes, Waterfront Properties, Commercial and Investment Real Properties throughout Rideau Lakes, Perth, Westport, North Dundas, Kemptville, Carleton Place, Ottawa and surrounding Areas. Cathy is a Real Estate Representative and Broker. She was a Registered Interior Designer (ARIDO IDC), Project Manager Professional (PMP) and a LEED accredited professional (LEED AP) in her past career and brings this knowledge to real estate.
Zoey graduated from PDCI and is currently enrolled in Business at the University of Guelph-Humber. Zoey is studying to get a degree in Business Administration and planning to study finance in her third and fourth year. Zoey will be working along side Kelly Blair as her personal assistant in the day to day operations of the company.
Demi has a wealth of experience being in the real estate industry since 2002 along with a very successful past career in international talent management, marketing, advertising and client relations.
Kaitlyn Thurler brings over a decade of design expertise to her career in real estate. After graduating from Algonquin College’s BAA Interior Design program in 2013, she spent 10+ years shaping commercial, government, and residential spaces with precision and creativity. As a Registered Interior Designer (ARIDO IDC) and LEED Green Associate, Kaitlyn developed a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of organization, and a passion for people and their spaces - qualities she now applies to helping clients find their ideal homes and investments. Kaitlyn combines her design background with her real estate knowledge to offer clients a unique perspective on both the aesthetic and functional potential of every property.
