About Me
My passion for real estate can be traced back to when I was very young. I can remember the times when my parents would take me downtown and I would be amazed by the tall buildings and architecture. At a young age I also enjoyed touring model homes, going to open houses and attending the yearly "Parade of Homes." The design, decor and curb appeal were the first things I would take note of. As we walked through the homes I would point out the different elements and amenities as if I was trying to sell the property for the owner.
I am an experienced realtor, stager and investor. Driven by determination, I take pride in providing the best client care possible. As an agent, my goals are quality service, making the process seamless and honesty. Clients have commented on my extraordinary commitment to satisfaction and ongoing service even after the transaction is completed. I feel ongoing professional development is very important in order to keep up with the current market information and to improve service and skills.
Education is the key to success in Real Estate and Investment. I have had, and continue to have the opportunity to train under current and former bank mitigators, giving me well over 125 hours of one on one training. This training has given me the ability to keep in touch with current trends in the lending industry. Over the years I have been involved with my own investment properties, including, the building of spec homes and overseeing rental property. These experiences have been an important part of building a well round Real Estate knowledge base. You are my top priority, whether you are a first time home buyer or seasoned investor.
