Lynn worked extremely hard in trying to find our new home. We were moving from Florida back to TN. Wanted in the area Lynn knew best. We did not go wrong choosing her. She went out of her way to help us. Found many nice homes in our price range to look at. When we were unable to make the trip, she took the time to show us the home with video. She has an amazing personality, she is the most caring, understanding, hardest working Realtor that I have known. If you are looking to buy or sell, Lynn is your go to person, you seriously can't go wrong.

This was the first time for me selling a house. Lynn was very helpful and was very patient with all of my many questions. i was so glad I chose Lynn to represent me. She was very professional and also very personable. Very attentive and kept me posted with all offers, with step-by-step explanations of what those offers entailed. There is a lot going on in real estate right now. Market is smoking hot and properties move extremely fast in TN. So in order to even have a remote chance, if you find a property you like, you need an agent like Lynn Patterson. Called with 10 minutes of being paged by the office, while driving, and after chatting about our interest in this property (and our offer) worked relentless into the early evening until it was all done. Fantastic communication with a lot of texting to keep it all moving, provided assistance to get the preapproval in place and so on. Lynn is very professional, knows the challenges and will not stop until it is done..all with a great dab of southern hospitality and charm. From both of us, thank you again, you were great!
