My wife and I met Kathy at an open house for one of her listings. We were immediately impressed by her friendly, relaxed approach and decided to ask her to help us find our new home. Kathy and my wife set about the business of finding the "perfect home" seeing several over a short period of time. The tour of homes was efficiently planned which made them easy to recall and confer upon later. Kathy's organizational skills made this possible. She was knowledgeable about the market and areas where we had concerns. If she did not have the answers for us she researched the topic and gave a prompt reply. ...we found the home of our dreams as well as a friend in Kathy Torvick.

I contacted Ms. Torvick in July 2019 and told her I was interested in one of her properties she was selling for someone. I advised her that I didn't need her services until late October early November but I would like some help in finding my first home. Ms. Torvick was more than helpful in keeping in contact with me and providing potential homes to my liking as I went away for training. When the time came to really find a house as I was on my way to finally be in Arizona Ms. Torvick walk me through step by step making my home buying process very convenient and easy.
