Ok where do I start! My husband and I have been on the house hunt for 2 LONG LONG YEARS! We had worked with other realtors but after a dry spell we were on our own. We came across Karen Cook cause she was the listing agent for a home we were really interested in Atwater. Karen was very honest from the start and said since she was the listing agent and now our new agent, doesn't mean we would get the house. She was right lol we didn't get that house hahaha she did what was best for her selle

Karen did a wonderful job helping us sell our home. She was great at getting our house listed in so many places that we had about 15 people at our first open house and more at the second open house . It sold quickly after second open house. 18 days on market. She was so good to keep us informed as we then moved to closing time. Everything worked out great but she was very busy behind the scene contacting loan office, other relators, etc..She has become our friend.
