Julie Fox was very helpful in selling my condo. She provided expertise as to the market, how to improve the property, and qualified contractor names. As it was a 5-6 hour round trip drive for me to be at the condo, Julie often provided entry to the property so the renovations could be completed quickly. The property sold very fast and I am grateful to Julie for all her help

Julie was huge help. She first helped me sell the home I was in. It took awhile but she helped me to be patient and relax till we had the right offer. Then Julie helped me to purchase my next home. It was a struggle due to my limited down payment and area I wanted to live in. Again after months of helping me out we found the right home.
