Dawn is a seasoned real estate professional with decades of experience serving buyers and sellers across the Catawba Valley and Foothills of North Carolina. A lifelong local and a trusted name with Realty Executives since 1996, she is known for her deep market knowledge, integrity, and long-standing commitment to her community.
Her work has earned recognition at both the local and national levels, including Realty Executives International’s Chairman’s Award, Executive Club, and 100% Club. She has been named Realtor of the Year by the Catawba Valley Association of Realtors® and has served as CVAR president, secretary/treasurer, committee member, and instructor for MLS orientation and Ethics.

My teams services all of Catawba County, Iredell County, Caldwell County, Burke County, Lincoln County and Alexander County.
Our primary focus is residential properties including new construction, resale homes, vacant land, townhomes, condos and multi-family. We enjoy working with investors in locating homes to remodel and resale or retain as rentals. We work very closely with Western Piedmont Council of Governments and their first time buyer program. We work with many lakefront and golf community buyers and sellers as well. I have obtained the following designations and enjoy utilizing the knowledge gained by being a Graduate - Realtor Institute, Accredited Buyer's Representative, Senior Real Estate Specialist, At Home With Diversity, Certified Residential Specialist and others that are non-NAR designations. We list, market and sell foreclosure and REO properties as well as short sale properties.
