I’m Dawn Stackhouse, a dedicated real estate professional serving clients in Arizona and Georgia. My approach to real estate was shaped by my own first home-buying experience — one that taught me firsthand how overwhelming a transaction can feel when you don’t fully understand the process.
In 2015, my husband John and I purchased our first home in Arizona. We loved the home, but sitting at the closing table, we realized we had missed important pieces of the transaction. We closed, but I walked away knowing there had to be a better way.
That experience inspired me to become a licensed Realtor in 2016.
Since then, I’ve built my career around education, communication, hard work, and attention to detail. After joining a team and gaining extensive transaction experience, I had closed 90 transactions by 2018 and continued expanding my expertise.
Today, I help close 100+ transactions per year providing transaction support services for top-producing agents throughout Arizona. That experience has made understanding contracts, deadlines, contingencies, negotiations, and the details of a transaction a priority in how I serve my own clients.
