Since we moved countries, he found us a rental house, so we could familiarize ourselves with the area. We told him all our requirements and he was able to get us a suitable home. Dan was very helpful, and patient and we love our new home. Dan is an excellent choice for your realtor. My fiancé and I just bought our first home together, so naturally we didn’t know much. Dan is knowledgeable and points things out that we never would’ve noticed. He does not pressure you at all just to make a sale. He took his time even when we dragged him to see 8 homes in one day. We had the pleasure of working with Dan Gleason for the sale of our 1st home and purchase of our forever home. Selling our home was more stressful than we thought, but Dan came prepared with a wealth of information and knowledge about our area. His attention to detail was amazing.
