Summer is here and most of the schools around the Lake Country area are officially out for the summer. My family is contstantly asking, "What can we do"? Of course you can travel to several places around the country, but have you visited what's right here in our local area? Nashotah Park, take a hike on one of their trails, pack a picnic lunch and sit back and relax, or bring your dogs to the amazing Dog Park located right in Nashotah Park. City Beach in Oconomowoc. Looking for some place to cool off or relax and enjoy some music? City Beach has a beautiful beach that is staffed with lifeguards during different times of the day. Rent Kayaks, Canoes or Paddle Boards. Get a quick snack and the snack hut or listen to the wonderful music at the band shell.
