August Home Sales Up 9.5%

Have you been watching houses around you sell?  Are you thinking about selling? We have great news to share with you!  The Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors just released the following information:  

Home sales in the Metropolitan Milwaukee housing market were up 9.5% in August.  2,117 homes sold in August compared to 1,933 in August of 2015. Comparing the numbers to 2014, sales were up 16.3% (1,812 in ‘14).
