Dale Arnold

My first contact with Dale was a telephone conversation in July 2018. That conversation lasted 90 minutes, give or take, and after picking each others brains I decided we were a great match. We visited from Massachusetts in the heat of August to view the community Dale had suggested...it was perfect. Dale had read all the meta language spot on. We stayed in the community for 4 days and were encouraged to join all activities to get a good sense of the surroundings. He was available at the drop of a hat if we needed anything but not at all in our face. Dale has been with us at every meeting and available at the drop of a hat. He is not a hand holder but rather super solid, dependable 1 man support team. This has not been an easy process but having Dale by our side has been terrific! If you have the opportunity to work with Dale jump on it, you won’t be disappointed. He operates with the highest integrity with graciousness and kindness. Dale Arnold went way above and beyond when he assisted us with our move from Illinois to the Tucson/Vail area! We HIGHLY recommend him. Here are some of the many truly helpful things we noticed during the 9 months he worked with us: 1. Dale LISTENS. And, he REMEMBERS. 2. Dale takes careful notes, even when you don't notice. 3. Dale always appears to be relaxed, with all the time in the world.... even when you know he is juggling lots of other people's needs as well. 4. I started the purchase process with Dale in the late fall of 2023, and a little over 6 months later- I had moved into my new Miramonte-built home in Academy Villages. Dale's expertise, especially with the Alturra development helped grease the skids in making the sale and build process fairly effortless. Working with the builder and employing many of the custom features we added also helped to have Dale working on my behalf. He knows the area and build-process well as being the senior sales manager for the development. Miramonte was very flexible in adding several mobility-specific features I needed for the home- which Dale helped facilitate. He was also my liaison between the construction manager, Miramonte and myself. In summary, we closed a few days early and thanks to the entire build team of Mike, Dale and the Miramonte office folks- I'm a very satisfied customer. ______________________
