Chasity Jacob

Hi! My name is Chasity Jacob, and I am a real estate agent with Realty Executives Home Towne. I am an upcoming senior at the University of Michigan, where I study business with a minor in Real Estate Development. My background has given me a strong foundation in business, market analysis, and the real estate industry, while my personal interest in construction and development has shaped the way I look at homes and long-term property potential.

I grew up in the Fort Gratiot/Port Huron area and know the community very well. I am also familiar with several other Michigan communities, including Ann Arbor, Lexington, Plainwell, and Kalamazoo. Because I have lived and studied in different parts of the state, I understand that every market has its own character, and every client has a different vision for what "home" means.

As a new agent, I bring energy, responsiveness, and a strong work ethic to every client relationship. I work with buyers, sellers, first-time homebuyers, students, families, and anyone looking to make a confident move in Michigan real estate. I am passionate about helping people find a place that truly feels like home, whether that means buying their first property, moving into a new stage of life, or selling a home that has been part of their story. My goal is to make the process clear, organized, and enjoyable while helping my clients feel supported at every step.

Through Realty Executives professional tools, marketing platforms, property search technology, and network of experiences real estate professionals, I am able to provide valuable resources to both buyers and sellers. For buyers, I take time to understand their goals and curate property options that fit their needs. For sellers, I focus on showcasing each home's strengths, strategic marketing, and helping attract qualified buyers. 

My business is built on trust, communication, preparation, and follow-through. I believe that real estate is more than a transaction, it is a major life decision, and my role is to help make that decision easier, smarter, and more successful. Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time outdoors, with my family and friends, being involved in my school comminity/ activites, and traveling.
