Chad Herron

Hello, my name is Chad Herron. I have been a licensed realtor in the State of California since 2004 and regular contributor to CW31 GoodDay Sacramento since 2011. I was born and raised in Roseville, CA where many in my family still reside and currently have a home near my office in Folsom I am lucky enough to share with my beautiful wife Jennifer, our daughter Emily and our son Jacob.  I spent several years in the new home side of real estate but always new that my passion for helping people would ultimately lead me to where I am today. I feel it is an honor to be able to have a career that affords me the opportunity to work so closely in partnership with such wonderful people. Whether buying or selling real estate, mentoring a new agent, or assisting experienced agents in expanding their business knowing that my clients and associates trust in me to be an integral part of their lives is a responsibility I take very seriously. I absolutely love what I do. In this market every day brings new challenges but with my passion for helping others I am able to face these challenges head on with a positive attitude to get the results my clients and associates deserve.
