I couldn’t be more impressed or pleased with the service Cathy provided me when it came to selling my 1st home. My wife and I met Cathy when we went to look at a Ranch Home in October 2017. We were immediately impressed with Cathy’s knowledge of the market and the area and decided then to work with her on both the sale of our existing home and the purchase of a new one. She helped us find a great new home and gave us good advice so that we were able to negotiate the price we wanted to pay in a tight market. When it came time to sell our home, we relied on her experience to prepare our home for sale, and then set an appropriate asking price. The photography used in the listing was stunning and the write up accurate and engaging. We had a signed contract the day the Home was listed while other homes in the area were left unsold weeks later. Her continued help all the way through closing was invaluable and we highly recommend Cathy to sellers and buyers alike.

When listing a property, you want an agent who will provide you with up to date marketing tools, sound advice, who will promptly communicate with not only you the seller but with other agents and parties as part of the total selling process. Cathy provided all these services in a professional and timely manner. Our family was very pleased with the sale of our townhouse.

In the several times we've bought and sold properties in the past, I don't recall a realtor as knowledgeable and professional as Cathy is. I got a referral to her from a neighbor and all he said was true about Cathy. She stays on top of things, and really understands the market and how to do the job quickly and professionally. She sold our home in only 63 days. She also patiently helped us do a new home search as well, and Cathy never grew impatient with us - as we are picky buyers. One very nice thing about Cathy also is that she is a very kind person to deal with as well. It felt as though we were dealing with a person who really cared about us finding the right home, as well as selling our previous home at a very good price. We will absolutely use Cathy again!
